- Advisors: our Product Specialist is available for you throughout the entire project, from advice to delivery. Very easy. a point of contact for the entire project (Single Point of Contact)
- Technology: our technicians help the advisors with any programming of the cameras, storage media and software. This saves a lot of work on location, they take care of the integration between third parties. In recent years we have carried out more than 600 integrations. from the well-known VMS packages to links with ERP and logistics systems are standard. If the integration is not there, we will make it for the customer.
- Certifications: as a company we are ISO9001 certified and work according to the TAPA rules, among other things. Our technicians are all specialists in their field. They have mastered everything from Cisco CCNA, LINUX, RedHat, Aries V, Microsoft MCSA to Java. Every employee is regularly screened by third parties and has a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

- Production: all our cameras are assembled in Sunell's factories in Vietnam, Taiwan and Germany. As soon as they are ready, they are transported to Leipzig where our own firmware is read. With a delivery rate of 98.7%, you can safely say that the stock is in good shape. All deliveries are delivered free of charge in Europe. Certifications: all our cameras are produced lead-free and consist of more than 55% recycled material. In addition to the standard CE and FCC certifications (which others also have), our cameras also have the following certifications: NDAA - FIPS140-2 UL - TuV - GS - VDS - LGC - DGUV - and RoHs. Warranties: every Camera and /or NVR is supplied with a full 7-year warranty.
